BunLab is opening a new central kitchen in Athens, bringing day-to-day kitchen operations and the development of new food and hospitality concepts under one roof.
The new space will serve as a working kitchen for our existing operations, while also providing room to experiment, test recipes, explore new product ideas and develop concepts with potential for the next stage of BunLab’s journey.
This new chapter comes in cooperation with the Lei family, whose involvement supports our efforts to bring creative ideas to life and turn them into concepts that work beyond the kitchen.
For us, good food is only the beginning. It takes curiosity, plenty of testing and a hands-on approach to build something worth sharing and worth growing.
